Jom kita belajar cara membuatnya. <\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<h3>Resepi Asam Pedas Ikan Pari Daun Kesum<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahannya:<\/strong><br \/>\nikan pari<br \/>\n1 cekak daun kesum<br \/>\nair asam jawa pekat<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan dikisar :<\/strong><br \/>\n3 biji bawang merah<br \/>\n4 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n1 inci halia<br \/>\n2 inci kunyit<br \/>\n2 sudu besar lada hitam<br \/>\n30 tangkai cili kering<br \/>\n1 sudu besar belacan bakar<br \/>\n(semua kisar)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan diTumis :<\/strong><br \/>\n1 batang serai titik2 dahulu<br \/>\n1 biji bawang merah hiris<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih hiris<\/p>\n<h3>Cara Membuat Resepi Asam Pedas Ikan Pari Daun Kesum : <\/h3>\n<p>1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan-bahan tumis sehingga naik bau<br \/>\n2. Masukkan bahan-bahan kisar sehingga pecah minyak dengan api perlahan<br \/>\n3. Masukkan air asam jawa dan renehkan sehingga mendidih<br \/>\n4. Masukkan ikan pari dan daun kesum<br \/>\n5. Masak hingga ikan empuk dan kuah pekat dan warna kuah tu nampak pekat berkilat dan mengiurkan.
