Panaskan sedikit minyak. Goreng ikan pekasam hingga masak\/garing ikan pekasam dan angkat.<br \/>\n2. Guna minyak yang sama, goreng bawang dan juga cili dan angkat.<br \/>\n3. Hidangkan. Jika suka boleh di tambah perahkan limau kasturi.<\/p>\n<p>Ikan pekasam &#8211; kiah pekasam lenggong tidak terlalu masin, atau terlalu masam.
