Jom kita pelajar cara membuat resepi ini.<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<h5>Resepi Ketam Masak Lemak Cili Api<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahannya:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n1 biji bawang besar<br \/>\n1 inci kunyit hidup<br \/>\n7-8 cili padi<br \/>\n2 biji buah keras<br \/>\n1 camca besar ikan bilis <\/p>\n<p>400 ml santan cair<br \/>\n1 keping asam gelugor<br \/>\n2 batang serai &#8211; dititik<br \/>\nGaram dan sedikit gula<\/p>\n<p>1 helai daun kunyit<br \/>\nKetam Yang dibersihkan<\/p>\n<p>300 ml pati santan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Resepi Ketam Masak Lemak Cili Api :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Siang ketam, buang kulit keras, ketuk sepit ketam, biar retak. Cuci.<br \/>\n2. Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam periuk, tumis bahan-bahan kisar iaitu bawang putih, bawang besar, kunyit, cili padi, buah keras dan ikan bilis sehingga terbit minyak. Masukkan serai yang dititik, asam gelugor, sedikit garam dan tuang santan cair. Masak resepi ketam masak lemak cili api ini sehingga mendidih.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan ketam dan masukkan daun kunyit yg di koyak2  Bila mendidih, tuang pati santan dan tambah sedikit gula jika suka.<br \/>\n4. Masak hingga mendidih atas api perlahan. Rasa dan jika perlu tambah garam. Boleh letak hirisan nenas untuk menjadikan resepi ketam masak lemak cili api lebih sedap.
