Jom kita cuba resepinya seperti dibawah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi :<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cawan tepung pulut<br \/>\n1 cawan air @ secukupnya (guna ikut keperluan sahaja)<br \/>\n2 helai daun pandan<br \/>\ngula melaka secukupnya<br \/>\n1\/2 biji kelapa parut + sedikit garam<br \/>\nbeberapa titik pewarna makanan hijau<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi :<\/strong><br \/>\n1) Carik daun pandan,masukkan ke dlm blender bersama air dan pewarna hijau.kisar sehingga daun pandan halus.<br \/>\n2) Setelah itu,tapis campuran daun pandan yang sudah diblender tadi.<br \/>\n3) Bancuh tepung pulut menggunakan air pandan sedikit &#8211; sedikit.uli sehingga menjadi doh.<br \/>\n4) Ambil sedikit doh dan bulat-bulatkan.tekan sedikit di bahagian tengahnya dengan menggunakan jari telunjuk.<br \/>\n5) Letak gula melaka,tutup dan bulat-bulatkan supaya gula melaka sudah tertutup rapi.<br \/>\n6) Masak di dalam air yang telah dididihkan terlebih dahulu.<br \/>\n7) Jika terapung,maksudnya bolehlah diangkat dan toskan.<br \/>\n8) Gaulkan dengan kelapa parut.<\/p>\n<p>Terima kasih kepada Puan Rikis kerana sudi mengirimkan resepi onde-onde gula melaka ini.
