Jom kita cuba resepinya seperti dibawah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Biskut Mama Carey:<\/strong><br \/>\nBahan A<br \/>\n200gm mentega<br \/>\n100gm gula kaster<br \/>\n1 biji kuning telur<br \/>\n1 sudu teh esen vanila<\/p>\n<p>Bahan B &#8211; di ayak<br \/>\n260gm tepung gandum \/ red rose<br \/>\n50gm tepung jagung<br \/>\n50gm tepung susu<\/p>\n<p>Aising Hiasan<br \/>\n1 biji putih telur<br \/>\n90gm gula icing<br \/>\n1 sudu besar tepung jagung<br \/>\nHiasan : beberapa jenis pewarna kesukaan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Biskut Mama Carey:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Pukul mentega dan gula hingga berkrim. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanila, pukul hingga sebati.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan ke dalam bahan B dan gaul hingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Simpan di dalam peti sejuk selama 15 minit.<br \/>\n3. Canai dan terap dengan acuan berbentuk hati atau disukai. Susun di dalam dulang pembakar yang telah digris terlebih dahulu.<br \/>\n4. Bakar biskut setengah masak selama 10 minit. Keluarkan dari oven dan paipkan aising hiasan dan buat lorekan diatas permukaan aising tadi.<br \/>\n5. Bakar semula selama 15 minit hingga masak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Aising biskut mama carey <\/strong><br \/>\nPukul putih telur hingga kembang, masukkan gula icing dan tepung jagung. Pukul dengan kelajuan tinggi hingga pekat dan tidak menitik.
