Jom kita cuba resepinya seperti dibawah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Kuih LIdah :<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cawan tepung pulut<br \/>\n3 sudu besar tepung gandum<br \/>\n1\/2 biji kelapa parut (dr 1biji kelapa)<br \/>\n1 cawan santan\/air  (letak santan sikit2,klau doh dh ok,xperlu hbskan santan\/air dr 1 cawan td)<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil garam (optional)<br \/>\n1 cawan gula melaka (boleh ganti dgn gula biasa)<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan air<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Kuih LIdah :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Satukan kelapa parut dan garam.dalam bekas yang sama,ayak tepung pulut dan tepung gandum.gaul sebati.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit dan uli sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut.<br \/>\n3. Bahangikan kepada beberapa bahagian.lebih kurang 20-25 bahagian.<br \/>\n4. Ambil satu bahagian.bulat2kan dan gelekkan dgn tapak tgn sehingga menjadi sedikit panjang\/lonjong. Bentuk kuih lidah memang panjang dan lonjong.<br \/>\n5. Kemudian,tekan2kan\/leperkan doh.<br \/>\n6. Panaskan minyak dan goreng sehingga perang.angkat dan toskan minyak.<br \/>\n7. Satukan gula melaka dan air.masak sehingga pekat dan masukkan kuih ke dlm campuran gula melaka.<br \/>\n8. Gaul sebati sehingga gula melaka menyaluti kesemua permukaan kuih lidah.<br \/>\n9. Sedia utk dinikmati.Resepi ini memang mudah.<\/p>\n<p>*Kuih lidah boleh jg di makan tanpa gula melaka\/gula biasa yang dimasak.cuma taburkan gula aising dan sedia utk dihidangkan. <\/p>\n<p>Terima kasih kepada Puan MY1981 kerana sudi mengirimkan resepi kuih lidah ini.
