Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Sambal Kering Ikan Bilis:<\/strong><br \/>\n=310g ikan bilis (anggaran utk 4org mkn) &#8211; (goreng siap2) &#8211; ketepikan<br \/>\n=1\/2 cawan kacang tanah (goreng tnpa minyak-sejukkan dan tanggalkan kulit) &#8211; ketepikan<br \/>\n=2 biji ubi kentang (hiris nipis) &#8211; goreng hingga kuning keemasan &#8211; ketepikan<br \/>\n=1 ulas bawang besar (hiris nipis\/ikut suka)<br \/>\n=1 camca teh asam jawa + 60ml air<br \/>\n=1 camca besar gula (boleh kurangkan kalau xsuka manis)<br \/>\n=garam secukup rasa<br \/>\n=minyak secukup kegunaan<\/p>\n<p>*bahan tumbuk\/kisar<br \/>\n=10 tangkai cili kering (rendam skejap dlm air panas,toskan)<br \/>\n=1 batang serai<br \/>\n=5 ulas bawang merah kecil<br \/>\n=1 inci kunyit hidup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Sambal Kering Ikan Bilis:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar dan bahan tumbuk sehingga naik bau.<br \/>\n2) masukkan air asam jawa,garam dan gula.perasakan secukupnya,didihkan seketika.<br \/>\n3) masukkan kacang tanah,ikan bilis dan ubi kentang.kacau rata lebih kurang 2-3 minit.<\/p>\n<p>4) tutup api dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada Puan My1981 kerana sudi berkongsi resipi sambal kering ikan bilis<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
