Tumis bawang putih, bawang besar, karot n  cili padi (semua racik dulu)<br \/>\n3. Masukkan serai n nanas (potong dadu n serai titik jek)<br \/>\n4. Masukkan lada kisar, serbuk kunyit, sos Thai,sos cili dan air<br \/>\n5. Bl agak2 pekat n berminyak, masukkan ketam.
