Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan Resepi Kesari:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cawan tepung suji<br \/>\n1 cawan gula<br \/>\n3 sudu besar gajus dan kismis<br \/>\n3 cawan air<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan susu cair<br \/>\n4 sudu besar minyak sapi<br \/>\n5 biji buah pelaga(dihancurkan)<br \/>\npewarna kuning<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-cara membuat Resepi Kesari:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Panaskan 2 sudu minyak sapi dan goreng gajus hingga keperangan.<br \/>\n2. Dalam minyak yang sama masukkan tepung suji dan goreng hingga kuning keemasan. Angkat dan sejukkan.<br \/>\n3. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan air, gula dan pewarna kuning. Biarkan mendidih.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau. Masukkan sekali gajus, kismis, serbuk buah pelaga dan 2 sudu minyak sapi. Perlahankan api.<br \/>\n5. Kacau hingga kesari tidak melekat pada kuali. Tutup api.<br \/>\n6. Masukkan kesari ke dalam loyang dan ratakan.
