Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Ikan Masak Sos:<\/strong><br \/>\n=1 keping isi ikan\/fish fillet (ikut suka nk guna ikan apa)<br \/>\n=1 labu bawang besar (potong 4)<br \/>\n=2 ulas bawang merah kecil (tumbuk lumat)<br \/>\n=2 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk lumat)<br \/>\n=1cm halia (tumbuk lumat)<br \/>\n=1 biji lada benggala merah ( potong dadu)<br \/>\n=1 biji tomato (belah 4)<br \/>\n=1 tangkai daun bawang<br \/>\n=1 1\/2 sudu besar sos tomato<br \/>\n=2 sudu besar sos cili<br \/>\n=1 sudu kecil cuka<br \/>\n=2 sudu besar tepung ubi<br \/>\n=1 sudu kecil tepung jagung (bancuh dgn sedikit air)<br \/>\n=50ml air \/ secukup kegunaan<br \/>\n=garam,gula dan serbuk perasa(secukup rasa)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Ikan Masak Sos:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) bersihkan ikan,potong kecil dan salut dgn tepung ubi.goreng hga kuning keemasan.ketepikan.<br \/>\n2) selepas itu,tumis bawang merah,bawang putih dan halia hga naik bau.tambahkan sos tomato dan sos cili.gaul seketika.<br \/>\n3) tambahkan air,didihkan seketika &#038; tambahkan lada benggala,bawang besar,tomato,daun bawang &#038; cuka.perasakan secukupnya dgn bahan2 perasa.<br \/>\n4) masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung(klau kuah terlalu pekat,tambah lg sedikit air).kemudian masukkan ikan yg telah digoreng tadi.<br \/>\n5) gaul sebati dan tutup api.<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada Puan My1981 kerana sudi berkongsi resipi ikan masak bersos<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
