Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Roti Inti Kacang Dhal <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bahan Roti<br \/>\n4 cawan tepung gandum<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit<br \/>\ngaram secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>Bahan Inti:<br \/>\n1 cawan kacang dal<br \/>\n150g butter<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cwn gula melaka<br \/>\n5 biji buah pelaga<br \/>\n150g kelapa parut<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Roti Inti Kacang Dhal :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Masukkan kacang dal dan air dalam pressure cooker. Masak hingga kacang empuk. Ketepikan<br \/>\n2. Campurkan tepung gandum, serbuk kunyit dan garam dalam mangkuk. Masukkan air ke dalam tepung dan uli hingga licin( adunan lebih kurang seperti adunan roti canai)<br \/>\n3. Sapukan sedikit minyak masak biarkan selama 4 jam.<br \/>\n4. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan butter, kelapa parut, gula melaka, kacang dal. Masak di atas api yang sederhana dan kacau agar sebati.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan serbuk buah pelaga kacau rata. Angkat dan sejukkan.<br \/>\n6. Bahagikan doh dan bentukkan bulat kecil. Masukkan inti tutup dan sapukan sedikit minyak canai leper.<br \/>\n7. Panaskan kuali dengan menggunakan api yang kecil. Bila kuali panas masukkan roti.<br \/>\n8. Setelah roti bertukar warna, terbalikkan.
