Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Udang Masak Cili Kering:<\/strong><br \/>\n=udang (saiz M) &#8211; anggaran utk 4org mkn<br \/>\n=10 biji cili kering (potong memanjang)<br \/>\n=4 ulas bawang merah (kecil) &#8211; hiris<br \/>\n=1 cm halia (cincang halus)<br \/>\n=1 biji lada benggala kuning<br \/>\n=1 tangkai daun bawang<br \/>\n=1 labu bawang besar (potong 4)<br \/>\n=3 sudu besar minyak makan<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN PERASA<br \/>\n=1\/4 cawan air<br \/>\n=2 sudu kecil kicap perasa maggi (seasoning)<br \/>\n=2 sudu besar sos tomato<br \/>\n=1 sudu kecil serbuk pati ikan bilis<br \/>\n=garam dan lada sulah secukup rasa<br \/>\n=1 sudu kecil gula (optional)<br \/>\n=sedikit tepung jagung (bancuh dgn sedikit air)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Udang Masak Cili Kering:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) panaskan 1 sudu besar minyak masak dan kacau goreng cili kering lebih kurang 1minit.angkat,tos dan ketepikan.<br \/>\n2) panaskan pula baki minyak(2 sudu besar) dan tumis bawang merah dan halia hga naik bau.<br \/>\n3) masukkan udang.goreng lbh kurang 2minit dan masukkan lada benggala,bawang besar dan bahan perasa KECUALI bancuhan tpung jgung..<br \/>\n4  teruskan menumis sehingga semua bahan masak.kemudian,masukkan semula cili kering,daun bawang dan bancuhan tepung jagung.<br \/>\n5) gaul sebati dan cuba rasa.bila sdh secukup rasa,matikan api.<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada Puan My1981 kerana sudi berkongsi resipi udang masak cili kering<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
