Untuk membuat kulit karipap &#8211; campurkan tepung, marjerin,minyak masak yang telah dipanaskan (utk mendapatkan kulit karipap yg rangup). Gaul rata. Bancuh garam dan air. Masukkan sedikit2. Uli doh hingga boleh dicanai dan mudah ketika mengelim.<br \/>\n2. Untuk buat inti &#8211; keledek dikupas dan dipotong dadu dan ketepikan.<br \/>\n3. Blend bawang besar. Tumiskan bawang , udang kering dan juga daun kari hingga naik bau. Masukkan pes kari dan kacau rata. Kemudian masukkan keledek, , air dan garam secukup rasa. Rebus sehingga keledek empuk dan air kering. tutup api.<br \/>\n4. Apabila inti telah sejuk, boleh la mulakan proses mencanai. Asingkan daun kari<br \/>\n5. Masukkan inti keledek dan tutup serta kelim mcm biasa.<br \/>\n6.
