Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<h2>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Sotong Goreng Tepung:<\/h2>\n<p>10 ekor sotong saiz besar<br \/>\n2 sudu besar tepung jagung<br \/>\n2 sudu besar tepung beras<br \/>\nsedikit air kapur<br \/>\n1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit<br \/>\n2 biji telur<br \/>\nAir (masukkan sedikit demi sedikit sehingga)<br \/>\ngaram secukup rasa<br \/>\nair secukup kegunaan<\/p>\n<h2>Cara Membuat Resepi Sotong Goreng Tepung:<\/h2>\n<p>1) Langkah pertama dalam membuat resei sotong goreng tepung ini, anda perlu merendam sotong mentah di dalam air garam selama 5-10 minit.<br \/>\n2) Di bekas yang lain, campurkan tepung jagung, tepung beras,serbuk kunyit, air kapur, gara dan telur. Kemudian masukkan sedikit demi sedikit air dan gaul sehingga menjadi batter atau cecair pekat. Pastikan ia pekat supaya boleh melekat pada sotong nanti.<br \/>\n3) Seterusnya keluarkan dan toskan sotong dari air garam.
