Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan Resepi Suji Tosai<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cawan suji<br \/>\n1 cawan tepung beras<br \/>\n1 cawan tepung gandum<br \/>\n1 bawang besar &#8211; dicincang halus<br \/>\n2 tangkai daun kari<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu kecil biji sawi<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu kecil jintan manis<br \/>\n3 tangkai cili kering atau cili merah- dipotong halus<br \/>\ngaram<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Suji Tosai:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Campurkan tepung suji, tepung beras, tepung gandum dan garam dalam mangkuk.<br \/>\n2. Tambah air sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau hingga sebati. Pastikan adunan tidak terlalu pekat dan tidak terlalu cair.<br \/>\n3. Panaskan kuali masukkan 1 sudu besar minyak masak dan masukkan biji sawi, daun kari bawang besar, jintan manis dan cili merah. Tumiskan.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan dalam adunan tadi dan kacau rata. Biarkan selama 20 minit.<br \/>\n5. Sapu minyak atas kuali leper. Ambil 1 senduk adunan dan tuang atas kuali. Kalau adunan terlalu pekat tambah air sedikit.<br \/>\n6. Masak di atas api yang kecil hingga kekuningan.
