Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Thosai:<\/strong><br \/>\n=1 cawan ulundu (rendam)<br \/>\n=2 cawan beras (rendam)<br \/>\n=segenggam\/sekepal nasi putih<br \/>\n=air secukup kegunaan<br \/>\n=garam secukup rasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Thosai :<\/strong><br \/>\n1) cuci beras dan ulundu &#8211; rendam selama 8 jam sehingga kembang ( rendam dlm bekas yg berasingan).kemudian,toskan.<br \/>\n2) blender beras,ulundu dan nasi putih.tambahkan sedikit air(pastikan kadar kecairan air sesuai dgn bahan2 kisar).kisar hingga halus.tambahkan garam.<br \/>\n*kalau guna ulundu yg ada kulit,buang kulit terlebih dahulu sebelum kisar.<br \/>\n3) simpan dalam bekas\/mangkuk besar.peram selama 8 jam.<br \/>\n4) panaskan kuali leper dan titiskan sedikit minyak.<br \/>\n5) masukkan sedikit adunan tosai dan leperkan ( mcm buat kuih dadar)<br \/>\n6) masak sekejap\/sehingga bahagian bawah tosai bertukar keperang2an.<br \/>\n7) lipat dan hidangkan di atas pinggan.<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada kerana sudi berkongsi resipi<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
