Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Bubur Pulut Hitam<\/strong><br \/>\n2 c pulut hitam, rendam  4 j<br \/>\n1 1\/2 c gula<br \/>\ndaun pandan, disimpul<br \/>\n2 kelapa &#8211; ambil santan dlm 6 cawan<br \/>\nSecubit garam<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Bubur Pulut Hitam<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Rebus pulut hitam tadi hingga kembang.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan gula ke dalam pulut hitam tadi, biar mendidih<br \/>\n3. masukkan daun pandan, garam dan santan, kacau rata dan biar mendidih. Jika pekat boleh tambah sedikit lagi air. Siap n boleh dihidang (ini cara org KL)<br \/>\n4.  Tetapi jika di Johor, bila menghidang,  sendukkan bubur pulut hitam dalam mangkuk.<br \/>\n5. Ambik pati  santan (santan pekat) campur sedikit garam, kacau rata.<br \/>\n6. Sudukan sedikit santan pekat di tengah permukaan bubur pulut hitam, baru lah dihidangkan.<br \/>\n7. Kalau nak sedap lagi, (kalau orang Batu Pahat),  patah patah kasar biskut mayat (biskut tawar aka crackers) n tabur atas bubur. Baru makan.
