Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<h2>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Kari Ayam:<\/h2>\n<p>(utk 5 orang)<br \/>\n6 ketul ayam &#8211; dipotong kecil<br \/>\n1 biji ubi kentang<br \/>\n1 keping asam gelugor<br \/>\n2 cawan air<br \/>\n300 ml pati santan<br \/>\n2 batang serai, dititik<br \/>\n2 helai daun kunyit, disiat<br \/>\nGaram dan gula secukup rasa<br \/>\n2 Sudu Besar rempah kari ayam daging.<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN KISAR HALUS :<br \/>\n3 biji bawang merah<br \/>\n1 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n3\/4 inci kunyit hidup<br \/>\n2 biji cili merah<br \/>\n3 biji cili padi &#8211; boleh lebihkan kalau suka pedas<\/p>\n<h3>Cara Bembuat Resepi Kari Ayam:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Sebelum membuat resepi kari ayam ini, anda perlu cuci ayam sehingga bersih dan toskan. Kentang dibuang kulit dan dipotong kecil. Ketepikan.<br \/>\n2. Dalam periuk, panaskan minyak. Kemudian masukkan bahan kisar halus dan serai yang dititik. Tumis sehingga naik bau.<br \/>\n3. Kemudian masukkan rempah kari yang di bancuh dengan sedikit air. Tumis sehingga terbit minyak.<br \/>\n4. Kemudian tuangkan 50ml santan, air, kentang, ayam dan asam gelugor. Biarkan ia mendidih dan masak sehingga kentang empuk dan ayam masak.<br \/>\n4. Selepas kentang empuk, masukkan lebihan santan iaitu 250ml santan. Tambah garam secukup rasa dan sedikit gula. Masak sehingga mendidih. Boleh mengantikan santan dengan susu untuk resepi kari ayam ini.<br \/>\n5. Masuk daun kunyit. Didihkan sekejap, rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api.
