Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan Kuah Resepi Rojak Pesembur<\/strong><br \/>\n300g keledek (rebus)<br \/>\n5 c air<br \/>\n2 bwg merah kisar<br \/>\n2 sb cili kering kisar<br \/>\n3 sb minyak<br \/>\n2 sb kacang goreng n tumbuk<br \/>\n1 sb Kicap<br \/>\n1 sb asam<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\nGula<br \/>\n1 sb Jus limau <\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan Lain Resepi Rojak Pesembur<\/strong><br \/>\n3 tahu (goreng n potong nipis)<br \/>\n2 keping tahu kering nipis (xtau nm ape, x ltk pun xpe)<br \/>\nTimun (potong lidi)<br \/>\nSengkuang (potong lidi)<br \/>\n3 bj telur rebus (belah 2)<br \/>\n2 bj kentang (rebus ngan kulit), pastu buang kulit n potong nipis<br \/>\nSotong kembang<br \/>\nTauge<br \/>\nTepung goreng  (100 g tpg gamdun + 1\/4 baking powder, grm, 125ml air, cili hijau racik halus)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Rojak Pesembur<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Lenyek keledek n blend dgn 3 c air<br \/>\n2. Panaskan kuali  n tumid bwg n cili kisar<br \/>\n3. Masukkan keledek n air n masak sampai agak pekat<br \/>\n4. Masuk asam, garam, gula, kicap, jus limau kacau rata<br \/>\n5. Masukkan kacang tumbuk n ketepikan kuah ni<br \/>\n6. Sotong gaul dgn cili kisar n garam n goreng. Ketepikan<br \/>\n7. Tepung goreng &#8211; campur semua bhn, gaul sampai cam doh buat cam bantal peluk.  Perap 30 kemudian goreng dgn minyak byk (deep fry). Angkat, potong n ketepikan<br \/>\n8. Masa nak hidang, ltk sikit tauge, tahu,timun, kentang, sengkuang, telur, tepung goreng n sotong<br \/>\n9.
