Memang nampak sedap dan menyelerakan. Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<h3>2 bahagian Resepi Cendol<\/h3>\n<p>1. Jeli cendol ( kalau malas, beli jek yg siap )<br \/>\n2. Air gula<\/p>\n<p>Bahan Isi Cendol (jeli warna hijau)<br \/>\n40g Tepung beras<br \/>\n10g Tepung ubi<br \/>\n50g Tepung hoen kwe (mung bean flour)<br \/>\n2sb Gula<br \/>\n1 sb air kapur<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\n650 ml Santan (air blend ngan daun pandan)<\/p>\n<p>Bahan air gula<br \/>\n1000 ml Santan<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\n250 g gula melaka<br \/>\n250 ml air<\/p>\n<h3>Cara Membuat Resepi Cendol<\/h3>\n<p>1. Masak 400 ml santan biar atas api<br \/>\n2. 250 ml santan lg campur semua tepung n kacau<br \/>\n3. Tuang adunan tpg atas santan panas n kacau sampai nmpk transparent n berkilat<br \/>\n4. Dlm mangkok besar isi air ais. Ltk tapis (mcm lubang2 kukus kecil) n tuang adunan tadi sambil tekan dgn sudu.<br \/>\n5. Biar cendol dlm ais sekejab<br \/>\n6. Cairkan gula nelaja dgn air<br \/>\n7. Masukkan santan dgn sedikit garam. Tgu mendidih sikit terus tutup api<br \/>\n8. Masa nak hidang (jk nak cantik) ambik gelas kaca yg tinggi masukkan ais ketul 3-4 bj<br \/>\n9. Tuang 2 sb gula merah, pastu ltk 2 sb cendol n kemudian tuang santan. Cantik berlayer2. Tp disini sy tuang saja dlm mangkok<br \/>\n10.
