Jintan2, bwg n cili kering n halia di kisar halus. Cili merah tumbuk2 kasar<br \/>\n2. Daging di hiris nipis dan digaul sedikit dgn bhn kisar. Perap 1 jam<br \/>\n2. Tos daging n goreng hingga garing<br \/>\n3. Tumis lebihan bahan kisar n masukkan tomato, garam, gula, kicap dan daging. Masak hingga kering.<br \/>\n4. Campakkan cili tumbuk n gaul rata sampai nmpk berminyak.
