Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Kuah Yong Tau Fu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sos hitam<\/p>\n<p>500ml air<br \/>\n1 kiub stok bilis<br \/>\n1 sb kicap manis<br \/>\n2 sb taucu<br \/>\n1 sb sos hoisin<br \/>\n2 sb gula melaka<br \/>\ngaram<br \/>\n1 sb tepung jagung<br \/>\nMinyak<\/p>\n<p>Sos cili<\/p>\n<p>8 bj cili merah<br \/>\n2 sb bijan<br \/>\n100ml cuka<br \/>\n2sb kacang goreng kisar kasar<br \/>\n3 sb gula<br \/>\ngaram<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Kuah Yong Tau Fu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Untuk sos hitam : masak air dan masukkan stok bilis, kicap, taucu, sos hoisin, gula melaka di atas api perlahan.<br \/>\n2. Kacau hingga mendidih, masukkan tepung jagung. Kacau hingga pekat. Tuang sikit minyak supaya nampak berkilat<br \/>\n3. Untuk sos cili : Kisar cili dan bijan hingga halus. Masak air, masukkan cuka dan guna api perlahan. Masukkan bahan kisar dan semua bahan lain. Selepas mendidih tutup api.<\/p>\n<p>Semasa menghidang, celur semua kangkong, bebola ikan, bebola sotong, telur puyuh, hotdog, jejari ketam, fish cake, dll ( beli yg dah siap). Tos, potong kecik dan ltk di pinggan. Tuang sos hitam n sos cili atas bahan tadi.
