Bersihkan ikan n rendam dlm sit asam<br \/>\n2.Kisar lada kering, bawang besar n bwg putih<br \/>\n3. Panaskan kuali, tumis hingga garing bhn kisar, masukkan serai, gula, garam n ajinomoto.<br \/>\n4. Masuk air asam. Ketepikan<br \/>\n5. Dlm kuali ltk beberapa helai daun pisang, letakkan sambal, ratakan, letak ikan, dan letakkan lebihan sambal tadi pd ikan<br \/>\n6. Bakar dgn api perlahan<br \/>\n7. Terbalikkan ikan sesekali<br \/>\n8. Bakar hingga sambal agak2 pekat<br \/>\n9.
