Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Sotong Kangkung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 ikat kangkung<br \/>\n1 ekor sotong kembang<br \/>\n4 sudu besar kacang<br \/>\n10 cili kering<br \/>\n4 biji bawang merah<br \/>\n1 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n1 keping asam keping<br \/>\n3 sudu besar perahan asam jawa<br \/>\n1 sudu besar gula<br \/>\n1\/2 inci belacan<br \/>\n1 sudu besar petis<br \/>\n1 sudu teh minyak bijan<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\nAir<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Sotong Kangkung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Ikat kangkung kemudian celur dalam air mendidih dengan 1 keping asam gelugor dan garam<br \/>\n2. Bila kangkong dah lembut sikit, angkat dan terus masuk dlm air ais sekejab, pastu tos<br \/>\n3. Sotong kembang dipotong sederhana besar, cuci dan rebus dalam air dgn garam selama 2 minit, toskan. Ketepikan.<br \/>\n3. Untuk kuah, kisar cili kering (rebus n blend) bersama bawang besar, bawang putih dan belacan hingga halus. Tuang dalam satu bekas.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan kacang dalam bekas tadi bersama2 petis, gula dan garam<br \/>\n5. Kacau rata dan jika terlalu pekat, tambah sedikit air.<br \/>\n6. Masa hidang, letak kangkung n sotong dlm pinggan.
