Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Kuih Peria<\/strong><br \/>\n300 g tepung pulut<br \/>\n150 g keledek putih<br \/>\n240 ml air<br \/>\n4 s\/b gula kaster<br \/>\n40 ml minyak<br \/>\nPewarna hijau, merah, kuning<br \/>\n250 g kacang hijau<br \/>\n10 sb gula<br \/>\n1 st garam<br \/>\nAir<br \/>\n40ml minyak<br \/>\nDaun pisang<br \/>\nPlastik<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Kuih Peria<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Kacang hijau rendam semalaman<br \/>\n2. Toskan kacang n rebus sampai lembut<br \/>\n3. Bila kacang dah lembut masuk gula n garam. Kacau sampai inti agak2 kering, angkat<br \/>\n4. Bila inti sejuk, bulat2kan dan ketepikan<br \/>\n5. Rebus keledek hingga empuk.<br \/>\n6. Bl dah empuk, blend ngan air (jgn sampai lembik ya)<br \/>\n7. Dlm mangkuk lain masukkan tepong pulut, gula n garam<br \/>\n8. Masukkan keledek yang telah diblender tadi ke dalam tepong.<br \/>\n9. Uli bahan2 tadi sehingga sebati. 10. Masuk minyak dan uli hingga menjadi doh yang lembut n x lekat kat tgn<br \/>\n11. Bahagikan doh kod beberapa biji n saiz cam inti td, bulat2kan.<br \/>\n12. Doh td leperkan n masukk inti. Golek2 sampai bentuk lonjong cam bola ragbi. Masukkan dlm plastik n buat cam balutan gula2 n pusing ketat2 (jd urat2 cam peria). Atau jalur2 dgn garpu<br \/>\n13. Alas periuk pengukus ngan daun pisang, sapu minyak pd daun tu.<br \/>\n14. Atur kuih atas daun pisang<br \/>\n15.
