Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan Resepi Resepi Kari Ikan Tongkol:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 1 ekor ikan tongkol\/ikan kayu dibersihkan dan potong ikut suka<br \/>\n\u00b7 2 biji bawang besar*<br \/>\n\u00b7 3 ulas bawang putih*<br \/>\n\u00b7 1\/2 inci halia*<br \/>\n\u00b7 3 camca besar rempah kari ikan<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN2 TUMIS:-<br \/>\n\u00b7 2 ulas bawang putih, dihiris halus<br \/>\n\u00b7 4 biji bawang merah kecil, dihiris halus<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 camca teh halba campur (terdiri dari halba, jintan putih\/kasar dan biji sawi)<br \/>\n\u00b7 2 tangkai daun kari<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN2 LAIN:-<br \/>\n\u00b7 2 keping asam gelugor<br \/>\n\u00b7 2 biji kentag, dibelah 4<br \/>\n\u00b7 1\/2 cawan pati santan<br \/>\n\u00b7 Garam, gula dan serbuk perasa (jika suka)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Kari Ikan Tongkol:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Bersihkan ikan, perap dgn asam jawa.Ketepikan. Satukan rempah kari ikan dan juga bahan2 yg telah dikisar tadi. Gaul rata.<br \/>\n2. Panaskan 1\/2 cawan minyak dalam periuk, tumis bahan2 tumis hingga wangi. Masukkan rempah yg telah dibancuh tadi dan masak hingga terbit minyak. Gunakan api perlahan.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan kentang, air (kurang lebih 700ml, atau ikut suka), dan kacau. Biar hingga mendidih. Masukkan ikan, asam gelugor dan perasakan dgn garam, gula dan serbuk perasa jika suka.<br \/>\n4. Bila mendidih, masukkan pati santan,<br \/>\n5. Biar mendidih seminit dua.
