Jom kita pelajarinya.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nBahan-bahan Resepi Resepi Ubi Ketuk:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. 1 kg ubi kayu<br \/>\n2. 2 sudu besar gula (kalau suka manis, boleh ambah)<br \/>\n3. Sedikit garam<br \/>\n4. 1 biji kelapa(diparut ambil putih shj)<br \/>\n5. 200gram tepung gandum, bancuh dengan air (macam bancuhan goreng pisang)<br \/>\n6. Sedikit air dan pewarna kuning (utk membancuh tepung)<br \/>\n7. Sedikit garam utk tepung<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Ubi Ketuk:   <\/strong><br \/>\n1. Ubi kayu dikupas,dipotong sederhana kecil,dan direbus hingga empuk.<br \/>\n2. Toskan airnya,masukkan ke dalam mangkuk,tumbuk ubi hingga lumat.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan gula,kelapa parut yang telah diisi dengan garam..tumbuk lagi.<br \/>\n4. Apabila dah sebati,kepal2kan sampai jadi bulat.<br \/>\n5. Celup dalam bancuhan tepung dan goreng sampai kekuningan.
