Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Mihun Sup Daging:<\/strong><br \/>\n500gram Mihun  (celur)<br \/>\nBawang Merah (1 biji). Dihiris-hiris<br \/>\nBawang putih (1-2 ulas) bergatung pd saiz. Pun dihiris2<br \/>\ncili padi (2-3 biji). ikut la kalau nak pedas, tambah lagi. Di potong dua<br \/>\n250gram Daging lembu  (Di potong nipis2.)<br \/>\nTauge (celur)<br \/>\nFishball\/fishcake<br \/>\n1 sd besar lada hitam. Di tumbuk halus<br \/>\nMinyak untuk menumis, air dan garam<br \/>\nDaun sup<br \/>\nBawang goreng<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Mihun Sup Daging:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Panas minyak. Tumis bawang merah dulu. Bila dah naik bau. masukkan bwg putih dan cili api. Kacau 1-2 minit.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan daging dan kacau. Lebih kurang 3 minit masukkan ladahitam. Pastikan bubuh sikit air kat lada hitam yang ditumbuk. Kacau hingga sebati. Biarkan 2 minit kemudian masukkan air 2 cawan. Biar mendidih<br \/>\n3. Selepas mendidih,masukkan sedikit garam dan kacau. Agak2 dalam 2 minit, masukkan fishball\/fishcake dan kacau. Tutup api dan hidang<br \/>\n4.
