Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Yogurt Panna Cotta with Manggo Coulis :<\/p>\n<p>*PANNA COTTA<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<br \/>\n=2 cawan yogurt &#8211; perisa ikut suka<br \/>\n=2 1\/2 sudu kecil serbuk gelatin (unflavoured)<br \/>\n=1\/4 cawan @ 60ml air<br \/>\n=1 1\/4 cawan whipping cream<br \/>\n=1\/2 cawan gula<br \/>\n=1 sudu kecil esen vanila (optional)<\/p>\n<p>*COULIS<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br \/>\n=400 gm mangga (potong dadu) &#8211; boleh guna buah lain<br \/>\n=50 gm gula &#8211; boleh kurangkan atau lebihkan ikut citarasa sendiri<br \/>\n=2 sudu besar air<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Resepi Yogurt Panna Cotta with Manggo Coulis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*PANNA COTTA<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<br \/>\n1) campurkan gelatin ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi 60ml air.biarkan selama 10minit.<br \/>\n2) campurkan krim,gula dan esen vanila di dalam kuali leper.didihkan atas api sederhana sehingga gula larut.tutup api.<br \/>\n3) tambahkan gelatin (langkah 1).kacau sehingga gelatin betul2 larut.masukkan pula yogurt.gaul sebati.<br \/>\n4) tapis krim(optional) dan masukkan kedlm gelas.sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk sekurang2nya 4 jam\/sehingga ianya mengeras.<\/p>\n<p>*COULIS<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br \/>\n1) reneh mangga,gula dan air di atas api sederhana  selama 4-5 minit.tutup api.<br \/>\n2) kisar campuran mangga sehingga sebati.<br \/>\n3) letak coulis atas panna cotta.sejukkan lagi selama lebih kurang 30minit.<br \/>\n4) hiaskan dengan hirisan mangga\/mengikut kreativiti masing2.<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada Puan My1981 kerana sudi berkongsi resipi Resepi Yogurt Panna Cotta with Manggo Coulis<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
