Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan Resepi Satar Ikan:<\/strong><br \/>\n400 g isi ikan Tenggiri atau lain (dibuang kulit &#038; tulang)<br \/>\n100 ml air asam jawa (dari 1 camt asam jawa)<br \/>\n8 biji buah keras<br \/>\n2 cm halia, dicincang halus<br \/>\n3 biji bawang merah, dihiris<br \/>\n1 ulas bawang putih, dicincang<br \/>\n150 g kelapa parut putih<br \/>\ngaram<br \/>\n1\/2 camca gula<br \/>\n1 camt belacan<br \/>\n2-3 biji lada merah, dicincang<br \/>\n1-2 camt serbuk lada<br \/>\n1 helai daun salam, dimayang<br \/>\n1 helai daun kunyit, dimayang<br \/>\nDaun pisang, dipotong empat segi 20 cm, dilayur<br \/>\nLidi Sate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Satar Ikan:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Rebus isi ikan hingga masak, angkat dan hancurkan. Campur dengan semua bahan.<br \/>\n2. Bentukan daun pisang seperti kon, isikan dengan 2-3 camca campuran ikan.<br \/>\n3. Bungkus kemas dan cucuk dari bahagian bawah dengan buluh.<br \/>\n4. Untuk setiap batang lidi sate, cucuk 3-4 bungkus satar. Bakar di atas bara api hingga keperangan (seperti pulut udang).<br \/>\n5.
