Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan Resepi Asam Pedas Bawal:<\/strong><br \/>\n3 ekor ikan bawal (ikut saiz yg disukai)<br \/>\n7 biji cili padi<br \/>\n2 biji cili merah<br \/>\n5 ulas bawang kecil<br \/>\n1 sudu besar asam jawa<br \/>\n1\/2 paket serbuk kari ikan<br \/>\nbelacan(sebesar ibu jari tangan)<br \/>\nsegenggan daun kesum<br \/>\nsetangkai bunga kantan<br \/>\nsebiji Terung (goreng dahulu)<br \/>\ngaram dan bahan perasa<br \/>\n2 mangkuk air <\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuatnya Resepi Asam Pedas Bawal:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Kisar cili padi,cili merah,belacan dan bawang<br \/>\n2. Masakkan bhn kisar bersama2 rempah dengan api perlahan hingga cili dan rempah masak<br \/>\n3. Perap ikan dgn asam jawa supaya isi ikan lebih kenyal dan tidak mudah hancur<br \/>\n4. Tambahkan air<br \/>\n5. Masukkan ikan bawal<br \/>\n6. Tambah air pada lebihan asam jawa perapan ikan tadi, masukkan dlm periuk<br \/>\n7. Masukkan daun kesum dan bunga kantan<br \/>\n8. Tambah garam dan perasa<br \/>\n9. Biar mendidih sehingga ikan masak, masukkan terung dan padamkan api. Hidangkan<br \/>\n*Saya juga seringkali menggantikan bunga kantan dan daun kesum dengan daun kari\u2026 Asam pedas akan jd lebih harum dan enak..
