Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Udang Kam Heong:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>*bahan perap<\/strong><br \/>\n=12 ekor udang (saiz sederhana)<br \/>\n=1\/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah<br \/>\n=1 sudu kecil minyak bijan<br \/>\n=1 biji telur (guna separuh je)<br \/>\n=garam secukpnya<br \/>\n=tepung jagung &#8211; secukup kegunaan<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Bahan A<\/strong><br \/>\n=5 biji cili merah &#8211; hiris memanjang<br \/>\n=1 ulas bawang merah kecil &#8211; cincang halus<br \/>\n=3 ulas bawang putih &#8211; cincang halus<br \/>\n=1 tangkai daun kari<br \/>\n=1 sudu besar udang kering \u2013 rendam,cincang<br \/>\n*kalau suka pedas boleh tambahkan cili padi\/cili kering<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Bahan B<\/strong><br \/>\n=1 sudu besar rempah kari &#8211; letak 2 sudu besar pun boleh<br \/>\n=2 sudu besar sos tiram<br \/>\n=1 sudu besar kicap cair<br \/>\n=1\/2 sudu kecil kicap pekat<br \/>\n=1\/2 sudu kecil gula &#8211; ikut suka,pastikan rasa dulu<br \/>\n=sedikit air<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Membuat Resipi Udang Kam Heong:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) perap udang &#8211; goreng &#8212; ketepikan.<br \/>\n2) panaskan minyak, masukkan udang kering, cincangan bawang putih dan bawang merah.tumis hingga naik bau.<br \/>\n3) Kemudian masukkan daun kari,cili merah dan semua bahan B,perasakan secukupnya.kacau sebati.<br \/>\n4) masukkan udang yang telah di goreng td.<br \/>\n5) siap.hidangkan bersama nasi panas<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada Puan My1981 kerana sudi berkongsi resepi udang kam heong<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
