Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<h3>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Kari Kepala Ikan:<\/h3>\n<p>1 kepala ikan<br \/>\n2 paket kecil rempah kari ikan<br \/>\n10 biji cili kering kisar<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu besar jintan putih<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu besar ketumbar<br \/>\n1 sudu teh lada hitam<br \/>\n1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit<br \/>\n5 bawang merah<br \/>\n3 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n1 cm halia (hiris lidi)<br \/>\n2 cawan santan<br \/>\n3 sudu besar air asam jawa<br \/>\nbendi, tomato , terung<br \/>\n1 biji bawang besar<br \/>\n3 cili hijau<br \/>\nGaram, gula, tumix<\/p>\n<h3>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Kari Kepala Ikan: <\/h3>\n<p>1.  Kepala ikan yg dah dibasuh perlu direndam dlm air asam<br \/>\n2. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, halba, daun kari, lada hitam, halia, biji sawi, ketumbar dan jintan putih sampai naik bau wangi<br \/>\n3. Masukkan rempah kari ikan yang telah dibancuh dengan sedikit air dan gaul rata<br \/>\n4.  Masukkan cili kisar dan tumis sehingga naik minyak.<br \/>\n5. Bila nampak berminyak dan berkilat bahan tadi, masukkan kepala ikan dan air asam.<br \/>\n6. Masuk santan<br \/>\n7. Masuk garam, gula sikit, tumix<br \/>\n8. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan terung, bendi, cili hijau, tomato dan bwg besar<br \/>\n9. Masak 5 min sahaja, tutup api.
