Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan -Bahan Resepi Ayam Percik:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 ayam bg 4<br \/>\n1 sb serbuk kari\/kunyit<br \/>\n15 bj cili kering (rendam)<br \/>\n1 bj bwg besar<br \/>\n3 ulas bwg putih<br \/>\nJintan manis\/putih<br \/>\nSerai, lengkuas<br \/>\n 1bj klp &#8211; Santan<br \/>\nAsam keping<br \/>\nGaram gula n tumix<br \/>\nHiasan : kentang kecil saiznya, tomato ceri, daun salad, cili merah, telur<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Ayam Percik:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Bwg n cili n bwg putih, jintan blend.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan beg kisar dlm periuk, masukkan kunyit\/kari,garam, gula, asam, tumix dan santan<br \/>\n3. Ketuk lengkuas, serai dan masukkan<br \/>\n4. Bl nampak naik mintak masuk ayam n masak dlm 10 min jek. Ketepi dan biar ayam perap dlm kuah tu.<br \/>\n5. Tos ayam dan bakar. Sesekalipercikkan minyak dgn gn serai yg diketuk dan tepuk sikit dgn kuah tadi<br \/>\n6. Kuah tadi masak sampai pekat. Tuk cantik, ltk kentang yg kecil saiznya (jgn potong) n tomato ceri ( biar bulat2)<br \/>\n7. Ms nak hidang, akas pinggan dgn salad, ltk ayam bakar atas pinggan dan tuang kuah. Blh gak buat kuah putih, kurangkan cili kisar tu tp kalan nak pedas, ltk cili api beberapa biji.
