Kisar halus bahan bertanda *. Dan gaul sebati.<br \/>\n2. Potong kulit popia menjadi empat. Kemudian, gulung kulit popia. Lekatkan hujung kulit popia menggunakan bancuhan tepung.<br \/>\n3. Buat banyak-banyak. Kemudian goreng guna api sederhana sehingga garing.<br \/>\n4. Biarkan sejuk dahulu, baru kulit popia itu digaul dengan campuran Nestum, susu tepung dan gula yang dikisar tadi.
