Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Karipap Ayam:<\/strong><br \/>\nbahan doh<br \/>\n250gm tepung gandum<br \/>\n60gm marjerin<br \/>\n100 ml air (campur dgn 1 sudu kecil serbuk pati ayam)<\/p>\n<p>bahan inti :<br \/>\n1 biji kentang &#8211; potong dadu<br \/>\n1 biji bawang besar &#8211; potong dadu<br \/>\n1 genggam daging ayam kisar<br \/>\n1 sudu besar udang kering &#8211; rendam,tos dan cincang\/tumbuk halus<br \/>\n2 sudu besar serbuk kari &#8211; bancuh dengan sedikit air<br \/>\nsedikit garam<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Karipap Ayam :<\/strong><br \/>\nDoh karipap<br \/>\n1) gaul tepung dengan mentega sehingga berderai.<br \/>\n2) masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit.JANGAN tuang sekaligus.kalau adunan dh cukup lembut,xperlu habiskan air(drpd 100ml tu).kalau xcukup lembut,tambahkan air.<br \/>\n*guna secukup kegunaan sahaja.<br \/>\n3) uli sehingga doh tidak melekat ditangan.JANGAN uli terlalu lama.<br \/>\n4) bulat2kan doh dan bahagikan kepada beberapa bahagian.rehatkan seketika.<\/p>\n<p>Inti Karipap<br \/>\n1) panaskan minyak,tumis bawang besar dan kentang.masukkan udang kering,daging ayam kisar dan serbuk kari.<br \/>\ngaul sehingga sebati.<br \/>\n2) masukkan 1 cawan air.biarkan mendidih.<br \/>\n3) perasakan secukupnya dan masak lagi sehingga kentang empuk dan kuah mula mengering.padamkan api.sejukkan seketika.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Buat Karipap Ayam<\/strong><br \/>\n1) leperkan doh di atas tapak tangan,letak inti.kelim dengan kemas.buat sampai habis.<br \/>\n2) goreng sehingga kuning keemasan.<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada Puan My1981 kerana sudi berkongsi resepi karipap ayam<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
