Tosai merupakan makanan masyarakat India. Tetapi kini ia mula digemari oleh masyarakat cina dan melayu. Nampak sedap tosai kiriman Puan Sumi. Jom kita pelajarinya:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Tosai <\/strong><br \/>\n2 cawan beras &#8211; direndam selama 8jam<br \/>\n1 cawan kacang dal putih &#8211;  direndam selama 8jam<br \/>\n1 kepal nasi<br \/>\nsedikit garam<br \/>\nminyak masak<br \/>\n1\/2 labu bawang besar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Tosai:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Kisar beras, kacang dal putih dan nasi hingga halus.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan sedikit air semasa mengisar. Air agak2 macam adunan untuk membuat apam.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan garam dan kacau rata.<br \/>\n3. Peram adunan ini selama 8 jam supaya adunan naik.<br \/>\n4. Celup bawang dengan minyak dan sapu atas kuali leper atau non stick pan.<br \/>\n5. Kacau adunan tadi. Ambil sesenduk adunan dan ratakan atas kuali.<br \/>\n6. Tutup sebentar hingga buih- buih naik. Masak dengan api perlahan atau sederhana.<br \/>\n7. Bila dah garing bolehlah dilipat 2 dan diangkat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resipi chutney kelapa(Kuah Tosai)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Kuah Resepi Thosai<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 biji kelapa parut*<br \/>\n1\/2 inci halia*<br \/>\n3 ulas bawang putih*<br \/>\n6 tangkai cili kering*<br \/>\n(kisar semua bahan yang bertanda *)<\/p>\n<p>1 bawang merah (dihiris)<br \/>\n3 tangkai cili kering<br \/>\nbiji sawi<br \/>\ndaun kari<br \/>\nsedikit asam jawa<br \/>\nminyak masak<br \/>\ngaram<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara cara Membuat Kuah Thosai.<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Panaskan minyak. tumis bawang merah, biji sawi cili kering dan daun kari hingga kekuningan.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan bahan yang dikisar tadi. tambah sedikit air.<br \/>\n3. Didihkan sebentar dan masukkan air asam jawa dan garam.<br \/>\n4.
