Memang ramai yang mengemari masakan ikan keli ini. Tentu sedap jika dimasak cekur seperti resepi ini. Jom kita mempelajarinya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Ikan Keli Masak Cekur:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 ekor ikan keli (sederhana besar)<br \/>\nAsam jawa atau limau (utk menghilangkan lendir pada badan ikan keli)<br \/>\nSerbuk kunyit &#038; garam<br \/>\n10 biji cili api (ikut suka)<br \/>\n3 biji bawang merah<br \/>\n1 biji bawang putih<br \/>\nIsi Cekur ikut suka, lagi byk lagi sedap rasanya.<br \/>\nasam jawa, garam &#038; serbuk perasa (ajinomoto la biasanya) secukupnya<br \/>\n1 mangkuk santan kelapa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Ikan Keli Masak Cekur:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Basuh ikan keli dengan limau atau asam jawa sampai hilang lendir.<br \/>\n2. Gaulkan ikan keli dgn kunyit &#038; garam dan kemudian masukkan kedlm periuk yg berisi santan.<br \/>\n3. Cili api, bawang merah, putih &#038; cekur diblend &#038; dimasukkan sekali ke dlm periuk tadi.<br \/>\n4. Tambahkan garam, asam jawa &#038; serbuk kunyit sekiranya perlu juga serbuk perasa.<br \/>\n5. Masak di atas api sampai menggelegak la&#8230;(Biasa warna putih jer)<\/p>\n<p>Note :Pada sesiapa yg rajin sikit, Ikan keli tersebut di panggang\/goreng dulu. Dan dimasukkan kedlm kuah sekiranya kuah dah menggelegak. Tak perlu dimasukkan awal2 nanti ikan tu hancur.
