Telur pindang memang popular dan diberikan semasa kenduri kahwin masyarakat melayu. Jom kita mempelajarinya:<\/p>\n<p>Telur ni banyak khasiat sbb menggunakan daun2 herba n tiada pengawet. Proses membuatnya mudah tapi memakan ms yg lm. Sbb prosesnya lama, telur pindang ni blh tahan 2 minggu. Telur pindang ni kebiasaannya dihidang dlm majlis2 besar di Johor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Telur Pindang: <\/strong><br \/>\n1. 30 bj Telur ayam<br \/>\n2. Daun2 n kulit bawang<br \/>\n3. Rempah : Jintan putih, jintan manis, ketumbar<br \/>\n4. 1bungkus Asam jawa<br \/>\n5. 1botol Kicap manis<br \/>\n6. 1 senduk Garam<\/p>\n<p>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Telur Pindang:<br \/>\n1. Susun separuh daun2 dlm periuk<br \/>\n2. Letak telur<br \/>\n3. Tutup blk dgn daun2 tadi<br \/>\n4. Bubuh garam, kicap, rempah,  asam jawa<br \/>\n5. Tuang air n rebus gn api perlahan<br \/>\n6. Rebus sehari semalam tapi pastikan tambah air (jgn sampai kering periuk tu). Kalau dikampung, orang guna kayu api<\/p>\n<p>Senang kan. Sekarang jom tengok daun2 yg diperlukan : <\/p>\n<p>Daun senduduk<br \/>\nDaun mengkudu<br \/>\nDaun bebuas<br \/>\nDaun limau purut<br \/>\nDaun salam<br \/>\nDaun kunyit<br \/>\nDaun pandan<br \/>\nDaun jambu batu<br \/>\nDaun manggis<br \/>\nDaun lengkuas<br \/>\nDaun serai wangi<br \/>\nDaun sekentut<br \/>\nKulit bawang<\/p>\n<p>Tu dia.
