Lama juga saya tak makan kuih tradisional ini. Rupanya pun nampak menyelerakan. Jom kita pelajari:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Kuih Abuk Abuk:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) 300 gram sagu biji<br \/>\n2) 1 cawan gula melaka (dipotong kecil) atau gula merah<br \/>\n3) \u00bd biji kelapa parut (bahgian lembut sahaja)<br \/>\n4) Daun pisang (dipotong segi empat sama)<br \/>\n5) Garam secukup rasa<br \/>\n6) Lidi (kerat kecil) untuk sematan<br \/>\n7) 2 helai daun pandan (masuk dalam air kukusan)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Kuih Abuk-Abuk:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) Bilas sagu dengan air bersih dan toskan.<br \/>\n2) Campurkan sagu biji dengan kelapa dan gram. Gaul rata.<br \/>\n3) Bentukkan daun pisang seperti kon untuk dibuat kelongsong. Masukkan<br \/>\ncampuran bahan tadi ke dalam kelongsong sehingga separuh penuh.<br \/>\n4) Masukkan sesudu ketulan gula melaka atau gula merah.<br \/>\n5) Masukkan campuran sagu biji tadi untuk penuhi kelonsong (jangan terlalu penuh,<br \/>\ntinggal hujung daun untuk lipatan kelongsong)<br \/>\n6) Lipatkan kelonsong daun pisang.
