Segengam cili kering (rebus)<br \/>\n3. 2 biji bawang besar<br \/>\n4. 3 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n5. 2 biji tomato<br \/>\n6. 3 sudu besar udang kering (rendam)<br \/>\n7. 3 susdu besar kacang tanah (goreng kering n tumbuk kasar<br \/>\n8. 2 sudu besar sos cili, 2 sb kicap manis, 2 sb tumix<br \/>\n9. 3 biji keledek (rebus dan blend)<br \/>\n10. 1\/2 kilo Udang hidup<br \/>\n11. Hiasan : telur rebus, daun bawang, bawang goreng, cili hijau\/merah, sawi, tahu goreng (potong nipis),tauge, limau nipis\/kasturi<\/p>\n<h3>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Mee Rebus:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Kisar cili, bawang besar, bwg putih, tomato, udang kering. Masuk dalam kuali dan tumis sehingga naik bau.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan keledek yang di rebus dan bloedn terlebih dahulu<br \/>\n3. Masuk sos cili, kicap, tumix, kacang tumbuk, (blh gak ltk serai), garam, gula dan biar sampai menggelegak.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan udang, tunggu sebentar dan tutup api.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan mee dalam mangkok<br \/>\n6. Tuang kuah ke dalam mee tersebut.<br \/>\n7. Hiaskan degan tauge, sawi, tauhu, bawang goreng, telur, limau (jika suka).
