Sambal kacang<br \/>\n4. Serunding<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan dan Cara Membuat Resepi Nasi impit<\/strong><br \/>\n1. 1 kotak ready made beras nasi impit . Masuk paket dalam air dan masak. Bila dah kembung plastik tu, biar sejuk sblm potong dengan pisau plastik. Mudah menyediakan resepi nasi impit<\/p>\n<h3>Resepi Sayur lodeh (masak lemak)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan sayur lodeh<\/strong><br \/>\n2biji bawang besar,<br \/>\n2ulas bwg putih<br \/>\nKunyit sikit (tuk warna jek)<br \/>\n2 paket udang kering (rendam dan kisar dengan bawang besar, bwang putih dan kunyit)<br \/>\n2 btg serai yang diketuk<br \/>\n300gm udang basah kecil<br \/>\n2biji lada merah<br \/>\nMinyak tuk menumis, garam<br \/>\nSedikit fucuk n soon (rendam)<br \/>\nSayur (lobak, kcg pjg, kobis potong2)<br \/>\ntempe, tahu, kentang (goreng n potong2)<br \/>\nsantan (2bj kelapa)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Sayur Lodeh> ; <\/strong><br \/>\n1. Panas minyak dan tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan serai sehingga naik bau,<br \/>\n2. Masuk santan, garam dan gula.<br \/>\n3. Bila mengelegak, masuk udang, lada merah, sayur, tempe, tahu). Kacau selalu dan tutup api sebelum kuah pecah minyak<\/p>\n<h3>Resepi Sambal kacang (sambal tumis pun blh)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Sambal Kacang : <\/strong><br \/>\n1. Segengam kacang tanah (digoreng tanpa minyak dan ditumbuk kasar<br \/>\n2. Minyak Masak<br \/>\n3. Cili kering dan bawang putih (kisar)<br \/>\n4. Garam gula<br \/>\n5. Lengkuas dan serai (ketuk2)<br \/>\n6. 2 biji buah keras (tumbuk)<br \/>\n7. Santan 1\/2 bj cukup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Sambal Kacang:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. panas minyak, masuk cili dan bawang putih yang dikisar. Bila terbit minyak, masuk garam, gula, lengkuas, buah keras, kacang tanah yang ditumbuk kasan dan santan. <\/p>\n<h3>Resepi Serunding kelapa (Optional)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Serunding Kelapa :<\/strong><br \/>\nBahan ditumbuk: Serai, sikit cili kering, 2 bawang putih dan 1 bawngg besar, lengkuas, halia, belacan<br \/>\n1\/2 biji kelapa parut<br \/>\nGaram, gula, perisa<br \/>\n1sudu besar perahan asam jawa<br \/>\nMinyak sikit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-cara membaut serunding kelapa :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Panas minyak dan tumis bahan tumbuk tadi<br \/>\n2. Masuk air asam, garam dan gula<br \/>\n3. Masuk kelapa parut. Goreng sampai kering (kelapa berderai)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara hidang Resepi Lontong Johor:<\/strong><br \/>\nPotong nasi impit kecik2.
