Saya memang suka kuih ketayap ini. Jom kita mempelajarinya:<\/p>\n<p>Ada 2 bahagian<br \/>\n1. Inti (buat dulu  n sejukkan)<br \/>\n2. Kulit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan inti Resepi Kuih Ketayap:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 biji kelapa parut putih<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan gula merah<br \/>\nsedikit air (2sb lbh kurang)<br \/>\n1 sb tepung beras (ape2 tepung pun blh)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara- Cara Membuat Inti Kuih Ketayap:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Masukkan kelapa parut,air dan gula merah<br \/>\n2. Masak hingga pekat<br \/>\n3. Masukkan tepung.<br \/>\n4. Angkat n biar sejuk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan kulit REsepi Kulit Kuih Ketayap:<\/strong><br \/>\n1cwn tepung gandum<br \/>\n2 biji telur<br \/>\n2 daun pandan atau paste pandan<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cawan santan<br \/>\n1 st garam,<br \/>\n1 sudu besar majerin<br \/>\nPewarna ijau jk nak warna yg lbh terang<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara membuat REsepi Kulit Kuih Ketayap: <\/strong><br \/>\n1. Masuk semua bhn n blend. Tapis.<br \/>\n2. Panaskan kuali leper n sapu sedikit minyak<br \/>\n3. Masukkan sesenduk adunan dan gn scrapper tuk jdkan bulat atau angkat kuali tu dan pusing2. Yg penting, adunan nipis n jd bulat. Cam buat lempeng (kt org johor), atau tepek (kata org perak) atau crepes (kata omputih)<br \/>\n4. Angkat n ms panas2 ni, ambil sesudu inti ltk ujung bulatan td<br \/>\n5. Lipat kedua ujung dan gulung kemas. Siap!<\/p>\n<p>Ptg nanti nak wat apam polka dot.
