Buang kepala sahaja<br \/>\n2. Rm 2.00 cili kering &#8211; rebus biar lembut<br \/>\n3. 2 biji bawang besar<br \/>\n4. 1 labu bawang putih<br \/>\n5. 1 keping asam keping atau 2 sudu perahan adam jawa<br \/>\n6. Garam, gula, ajinomoto<br \/>\n7. 2 sudu minyak<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Resepi Udang Sambal Tumis :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Kisar cili bersama bwg putih<br \/>\n2. Dlm kuali masukkan minyak. Bl dah panas, masukkan cili kisar<br \/>\n3. Masukkan gula, garam dan biar sampai mengelegak, terbit minyak<br \/>\n4. Masukkan asam n bawang besar. Agak2 layu jek<br \/>\n5. Masukkan udang. Agak2 udang bertukar warna dan membongkok, tutup api.
