Memang sedap resepi ayam masak kicap dengan serbuk kari nie. Jom kita pelajarinya.<\/p>\n<h2>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Ayam Masak Kari Kicap <\/h2>\n<p>setengah ekor ayam<br \/>\n1 labu bawang besar  (hiris nipis)<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih   (hiris\/tumbuk)<br \/>\n1 cm halia                  (hiris\/tumbuk)<br \/>\nrempah 4 sekawan (kayu manis,bunga lawang,cengkih &#038; buah pelaga)= secukup kegunaan<br \/>\n2 biji cili merah (belah 2,buang biji)<br \/>\n2 sudu besar serbuk kari + 1 sudu besar rempah briyani(gaul dgn sedikit air,jadikan pes)<br \/>\nkicap pekat (secukup kegunaan)<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu kecil five spice powder (optional)<br \/>\ngaram secukup rasa @ serbuk pati ayam<br \/>\nsedikit air<\/p>\n<h2>Cara-Cara Membuat Ayam Masak Kicap:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Sebelum mula membuat resepi ayam masak kicap, potong dulu ayam dan bersihkan. Gaul dengan garam dan serbuk kunyit. Seterusnya goreng separuh masak dan angkat.<br \/>\n2. Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih, halia, rempah 4 sekawan dan cili merah.<br \/>\nTumis sehingga naik bau.<br \/>\n3. Masukan pes kari dan five spice powder. Tumis seketika,<br \/>\nmasukkan ayam dan kicap pekat. Gaul sebati. Boleh tambah kicap agar resepi ayam masak kicap anda lebih gelap.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan sedikit air(ikut suka, kalau nak kuah banyak, lebihkan air.<br \/>\nKalau nak ala kadar cukup 50-60ml air).<br \/>\n5.
