Mesti ramai yang tak sabar mempelajarinya:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Puteri Ayu atau Putu Ayu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250g Tepung gandum<br \/>\n4 biji telur<br \/>\n225 gm gula kaster<br \/>\n130 gm santan dari kelaoa parut putih<br \/>\n2 sudu besar tepung beras,<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil ovelette<br \/>\nSedikit Paste Pandan atau Jus Daun Pandan.<br \/>\n2 Sudu Besar Minyak Masak<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resepi Puteri Ayu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Sapukan acuan dengan minyak.<br \/>\n2. kelapa parut letak sedikit garam dan tepung beras dan gaul.<br \/>\n3. Letak kelapa parut tadi dalam bekas dan tekan-tekan.<br \/>\n4. Kukus dalam 5 min.<br \/>\n5. Pukul telur dan gula dan ovelette sampai putih<br \/>\n6. Masukkan tepung bersilih berganti dgn santan.<br \/>\n7. Masuk paste pandan n pukul lg.<br \/>\n8. Tuang adunan dlm acuan n kukus 10 min. Cucuk lidi, jk bersih makna kuih dah masak<br \/>\n9. Keluarkan dan terbalikkan kuih putu ayu.
