Jom kita pelajarinya:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan-Bahan Resepi Kari Ayam Kashmir ;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BAHAN A.<br \/>\n4 ulas bawang merah (hiris)<br \/>\n1 labu bawang besar (saiz sederhana)<br \/>\n3 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk)<br \/>\n1 inci halia (tumbuk)<\/p>\n<p>1 batang serai (ketuk)<br \/>\nrempah 4 sekawan(secukup kegunaan)<br \/>\n1 tangkai daun kari<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN B Resepi PES Kari Ayam<br \/>\n1 sudu besar serbuk cili(kalau xsuka pedas boleh kurangkan)<br \/>\n2 sudu besar rempah briyani<br \/>\n2 sudu besar rempah kari daging<br \/>\njika guna tomato puri gaul sekali dgn bahan C<\/p>\n<p>satukan semua bahan dan gaul dgn sedikit air utk dijadikan pes.<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN C<br \/>\n3 sudu besar tomato puri(boleh gantikan dgn tomato&gt;pastikan tomato yg btl2 masak@ranum)*potong dadu<br \/>\n2 biji ubi kentang (potong dadu)<br \/>\nsetengah ekor ayam(saiz sederhana)<\/p>\n<p>garam\/serbuk pati ayam secukup rasa<br \/>\nair mengikut kegunaan\/kuantiti ayam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara-Cara Membuat Resepi Kari Ayam Kashmir;<\/strong><br \/>\n1) gaul ayam dgn garam dan serbuk kunyit.goreng separuh masak.angkat dan ketepikan.<br \/>\n2) panaskan minyak,tumis bahan A hingga naik bau.kemudian masukkan PES.kacau sebati.<br \/>\n3) masukkan pula kentang dan tomato yg telah dipotong dadu.kacau seketika.<br \/>\n4) masukkan ayam dan tambahkan air.setelah mendidih.perasakan dgn garam secukupnya.masak sehingga kentang empuk.<br \/>\n5) setelah kuah agak pekat,matikan api.sedia untuk dihidangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Hairul.com: Terima kasih kepada My1981 Kerana sudi berkongsi resepi kari ayam.<\/p>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'>Anda Share.
